Step by Step

How Every Order Works

Six stages from brief to delivery. Each one is designed to keep you informed and in control throughout.

1
Submit Your Brief
All Orders
Use the quote request form to tell us what you need. Product type, colours, sizes, quantities, deadline, and any artwork or reference images. The more detail you give us, the more accurate your quote will be. No brief is too vague to start with — we'll ask the right questions.
What to include
  • Product type and description
  • Colours (Pantone reference if possible)
  • Sizes and quantities
  • Your logo or artwork files
  • Your delivery deadline
2
Receive Your Quote
All Orders
Within 24 hours we'll send you a written quote with unit pricing, order total, confirmed delivery date, and payment terms. If we have questions, we'll ask before quoting — we do not send estimates. The price on your quote is the price you pay.
Your quote includes
  • Per-unit price and order total
  • Confirmed delivery date
  • Payment terms and deposit requirement
  • Lead time from design approval
3
Approve Your Design Proof
All Orders
We send a digital design proof showing your garment with your branding applied — colours, placement, sizing of logos. Review it carefully. If anything needs changing, request it and we revise. Revisions are included. Once you approve in writing, the specification is locked and production begins. Nothing enters production without your written sign-off.
What to check
  • Spelling on names, numbers, text
  • Logo placement and sizing
  • Colour accuracy against your brand
  • Size and fit spec if applicable
4
Physical Sample
Bespoke Orders
For fully bespoke orders — particularly sublimated kits and cut-and-sew garments — a physical sample is available before full production. This is a manufactured garment, not off-the-shelf stock. It goes through the same production process as your full order. The sample cost is credited against your production order.
Sample options
  • Embroidery sample: from £45 + VAT
  • Sublimation kit sample: from £65 + VAT
  • Fabric & colour swatch pack: included with quote
  • All costs credited against production order
5
Production & Quality Control
All Orders
Your order is manufactured in our Pakistan factory. Quality checks are carried out at multiple stages — raw material inspection, mid-production checks, and a final pre-dispatch review against your approved proof. We do not dispatch an order that does not meet specification.
Quality checkpoints
  • Raw material and colour inspection
  • Mid-production specification review
  • Final garment check against approved proof
  • Quantity count before packing
6
Dispatch & Delivery
All Orders
Your order is dispatched on a fully tracked service. You'll receive an email with your tracking reference on the day of dispatch. Delivery is to the address confirmed on your order. UK mainland delivery is included in your order price. Risk passes to you on delivery.
On dispatch
  • Tracking number emailed to you
  • Packing list included with order
  • Report shortages within 5 working days
  • Reorder straight away using stored spec

Questions

Things People Ask Us

What if I don't have a vector logo file?
A high-resolution PNG at 300dpi or above is workable for screen printing. For embroidery we need a vector file, or we can digitise your logo for a small fee. Send us what you have and we'll advise before quoting.
Can I mix sizes within an order?
Yes. The minimum is 20 units in total across your size run — not 20 of each size. Standard sizes are XS through 3XL. Children's sizes are available on most garments.
What happens if my deadline is tight?
Tell us upfront. We work to a production capacity planner and will not take an order we cannot fulfil on time. If we cannot meet your deadline, we will tell you clearly rather than overpromise. Start your brief as early as possible.
Do you do player names and numbers?
Yes. For sublimated kits, names and numbers are printed as part of the sublimation at no extra cost per player. For embroidered or heat-transferred names on stock garments there is a small per-unit charge. Send us the squad list with your order.
What colour matching system do you use?
We use the Pantone Matching System. Provide a Pantone reference and we'll match to it as closely as the fabric allows. For critical brand colours, we recommend a fabric swatch request before committing to production.
Can I reorder without starting from scratch?
Yes — this is one of the main advantages of a trade account. Your embroidery digitised file, colour references, and size specification are stored against your account. Reorders are placed quickly and often have shorter lead times.
What if I want changes after seeing the proof?
Revisions are included — we will not move to production until you are satisfied with the design. If you request changes after approving and paying a deposit, this may affect lead time depending on the nature of the change.
What does 'working to a capacity planner' mean?
Every order we accept is slotted into a production calendar based on current factory load. Your quoted lead time is a real committed date. During peak periods the planner fills early — booking ahead avoids delays.
